AVAILABILITY and DELIVERIES
Our product offerings are subject to availability.
Please ensure your contact information is correct: name, address, and telephone number.
When ordering, please check, item by item, that the quantity, color, size, and price are correctly reflected on your order form.
When a product is no longer available, it will be displayed as "out of stock" and it will therefore no longer be possible to order it. However, if the product in question becomes available again on the website, we can, if you wish, notify you by email.
All products on our website are also available in our physical stores and may have been tried on. However, we verify that the products are in perfect condition before shipping.
Products will be delivered to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. We do our best to ensure delivery within 21 days. In the event of any difficulties, we undertake to keep you informed.
Lhacienda-shop.com has a contractual relationship with La Poste for shipments within France, the EU, and the rest of the world, via standard Colissimo. Delivery costs are calculated automatically as soon as you complete your shopping cart and appear in the total amount due.
When the package is shipped, we will send you its corresponding number by email.
Customs and other fees in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
In the event of loss or damage to the product during transport, the customer must inform the carrier immediately.
